What to do if there's a problem
Our promise is ‘style that makes you smile’. Occasionally, that smile may be more of a frown or a grimace. In that case we will happily replace the item in question or offer a no quibble refund. All you need to do is notify us in writing or via email (email@example.com) within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Please then return unwanted goods unopened and in perfect condition. Damaged or faulty goods should be returned in the original packaging. It is important that you obtain proof of posting as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card/Paypal account and the cost for returned goods are at your own expense except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
When you return the item(s) to us, please make sure you include a note with your name, address and telephone number. We’d also appreciate knowing why you’re unhappy - it’s important for us so we can try to improve and get things right for you next time you order.
