What to do if there's a problem
Our promise is ‘style that makes you smile’. Occasionally, that smile may be more of a frown or a grimace. For items purchased in store we will happily offer a replacement, exchange or gift card. Refunds are available for items purchased online only. All you need to do is notify us in writing or via email (sales@handbstyle.com) within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Please then return unwanted goods unopened and in perfect condition. Damaged or faulty goods should be returned in the original packaging. It is important that you obtain proof of posting as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
We can only credit a refund to the original purchaser's card/Paypal account and the cost for returning goods are at your own expense except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where we will also refund postage (with proof).
When you return the item(s) to us, please make sure you include a note with your name, address and telephone number. We’d also appreciate knowing why you’re unhappy - it’s important for us so we can try to improve and get things right for you next time you order.
Returned items should be sent to: H&B Style Ltd, 30 St Thomas Street, Winchester, SO23 9HJ.
Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.
NB for in store purchases, this policy only applies to non-sale items. Items purchased during sale periods in store are sold as seen and all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges are available.
Please also note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
